Todd Graham was a Managing Director with Cantor Fitzgerald and co-lead the firm’s infrastructure finance practice within the Debt Capital Markets group. Todd specializes in infrastructure and real estate finance, and he has over 20 years of experience as an investment banker with an expertise in debt and equity capital markets, transaction structuring, securitization, real estate finance and structured finance.
Prior to joining Cantor, he was a Managing director with MHT Partners, a middle market investment bank based in Dallas where he led the firm’s energy, industrial and infrastructure investment banking practice and opened their Houston office.
Prior to MHT Partners, he was a co-founder and principal of First/Third Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity investment firm. Via his work at First/Third, Todd developed and executed a private equity investment strategy around energy, water and environmental service focused on the industrial technologies which drive growth among the middle market leaders in these industries. In addition to his investment and execution responsibilities, Todd served in senior management roles in several of the portfolio companies.
Todd, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, with both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration Degree.
